One out of every two women over the age of 50 has low bone density - either Osteopenia or Osteoporosis. But that doesn't have to completely stop you from exercising!

About the Event

In this workshop you will:

  • Gain a better understanding of what Osteopenia and Osteoporosis are
  • Learn how to protect your back and move safely in your daily activities
  • Get recommendation to prevent falls and fractures
  • Learn and practice exercises you can do at home to promote bone growth
  • Learn and practice reformer exercises and modifications that are safe for Osteopenia and Osteoporosis
