Take your love of Pilates one step further by becoming a certified Pilates teacher through this teacher training program and, in turn, change the lives of those around you through Pilates! Together with Amy Cady of AC Pilates, Envision Sport is proud to offer a Pilates teacher training program unlike any other.

With the help of our Physical Therapists, this training program gives you an in-depth understanding of the anatomy of the body, how the body works, and how Pilates exercises can be modified to accommodate injuries and other health conditions.

In this comprehensive training, you will learn anatomy, Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair Pilates exercises. Expect to dive deeper into the understanding of beginner to advanced Pilates exercises, physical and verbal execution, cueing, structuring of classes and teaching multi-level groups. You will leave this program with the knowledge and ability to teach multi-level and multi-equipment Pilates classes.  Throughout the duration of your training, gain access to state of the art equipment, flexible training, and access to your trainer, Amy Cady.
